Why I do this

Most heating and air shops I look at do great work and have hundreds, sometimes thousands, of happy past customers. And almost none of them ever hear from the shop again until something breaks.

Then the furnace quits, they can't find the magnet on the fridge, and they Google it. Now you're paying for a lead on a customer you already had.

A short, friendly email once a month fixes that. It's not complicated. It just has to actually get done, every month, and owners don't have the time. So I do it.

How I work

• You deal with me. Not an account manager, not a call center.
• Nothing goes out without your OK. Every single email.
• Your list stays yours. It lives in your account, under your name.
• No contracts. If it's not worth it, you stop. Reply "cancel" and you're done.
• I keep it honest. No fake reviews, no made-up deals, nothing you wouldn't say to a customer's face.

A note on AI

I use AI to help draft. Then I rewrite every email by hand so it sounds like you, not a robot, and you read it before it goes anywhere.
